Holidays in Kaikōura

I started this blog post in January… Yup, that’s more than 2.5 months ago! Well, better late than never. I had several lovely weeks of holiday over December and early January. First, I went on a brief trip to Tekapo and Aoraki National Park with Kara and Jackie!

Now to share some of my holiday time in Kaikōura. What a blessing to share Christmas and start the new year with my friends here.

I always miss tamales in December.. This is my second attempt at making them! I shared them with my Kaikōura whānau Christmas day. 🙂
